Aerial Lab Studio Policies / Terms and Conditions

Based on the type of classes we offer at our studio we recommend: Athletic wear such as opaque fitted leggings, sports bra, and or tank tops/t-shirts. Make sure it’s comfortable and you can move freely.
No undergarments are allowed to be used in place of workout attire.
No Jewelry allowed in class as it may damage the Aerial material, may hurt you or your instructor and potentially damage your own jewelry.

1) Upon entering the studio please remove your shoes and place them in the available shoe rack;
2) Before leaving the studio, please throw away your rubbish and place any used items/materials back to their original location;
3) Please disinfect yoga mats and blocks after usage (disinfectant spray available at the studio);
4) Please clean up and tidy after yourself in the studio.
5) To maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for all participants in our aerial lab studio, we kindly ask everyone to adhere to the following basic hygiene practices:
Personal Hygiene: Please ensure you use deodorant prior to attending classes. This helps create a pleasant and respectful atmosphere for everyone.
Appropriate Clothing: We recommend wearing clothing that covers the armpits, especially during fabric classes. This helps maintain cleanliness and prevents sweat from coming into direct contact with shared equipment and fabrics, ensuring a more hygienic experience for all.

No food or drinks in class except for bottled drinks.
No chewing gums allowed.

Please be mindful and respectful of our instructors and students and their right to privacy.Taking pictures and filming is not allowed in our classes. If you wish to take pictures or film yourself (which we encourage under the correct guidelines and allocated time) you are welcome to do so during the following:

Avoid using your phone in class to text and call, we appreciate that you set your phone to silent prior to class to avoid disruptions. Please let the instructor know if you need to take a call and kindly step outside.

The Aerial Lab is equipped with 20cm crash mats, which are mandatory for use during all training sessions.
By signing and acknowledging these Terms and Conditions, you agree to comply with this safety requirement. Aerial Lab is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from failure to use the mats or any other non-compliance.

Memberships activate upon purchase date.
Our Unlimited Memberships are available for: 1, 3 or 6 Months.
* Auto payments monthly basis for 3 and 6 months;
* Access to all Classes according to your level and Open Trainings;
* Unlimited number of Classes;
* The Aerial Lab Studio holds no responsibility over the students commitment upon their memberships;
* No Cancellation fees or penalties
* Non Refundable

MEMBERSHIP PAUSE PERIODS:
Memberships can be paused for personal reasons such as travel, sickness, or injury. The following pause durations apply:
1-Month Unlimited: Up to 7 days total.
3-Months Unlimited: Up to 15 days total.
6-Months Unlimited: Up to 30 days total.
An additional extension of up to 15 days may be granted in cases of accident, sickness, or injury, provided the following conditions are met:
A medical certificate/note must be submitted to the studio, stating the inability to participate in workouts.
Upon returning to classes, a subsequent medical certificate/note must be provided, confirming clearance to resume workouts.

Kids classes follow the local school term calendar, including a mid-term break. An end-of-term showcase may be held whenever possible, with participation being voluntary.
Parents are required to inform Aerial Lab Coaches of any special needs or considerations regarding their child.
Please note:
No refunds will be issued once the term is purchased.
No carry-over credits will be provided for future terms.
No make-up classes are available for missed sessions.
Parents are not permitted inside the studio during classes due to space constraints and potential distractions, unless specifically authorized by the coach for a particular purpose or occasion.

All of our payments and purchases are processed ONLINE or via Bank Transfer. Note we DO NOT accept or process cash payments.

The Aerial Lab studio is not responsible for tracking your bookings or the expiration dates of your packages/memberships.
Please ensure your email and phone number on file are up-to-date so we can notify you of any schedule changes or class cancellations.
Things you can do to help you stay in track: Download our application, you can see your credits and expiry there; sign up to our newsletter and stay up to date with updates; if you are traveling or due to illness/accident please reach the Studio directly for further assistance.

WE DO NOT OFFER WALK-IN OPTION. All our classes must be pre-booked in advance online through our platform/website.

A minimum of 2 students is required for a group class to proceed. If bookings fall below this number or cancellations occur, Aerial Lab Studio reserves the right to cancel the class and notify the participants accordingly. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS OF 12-HOUR. If you cancel your class more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, the class credit will be returned to your account, allowing you to reschedule.
However, if you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, the class will be deducted from your account, meaning you will lose the credit and cannot reschedule.
Please note that all classes and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
(Studio Rentals cancellation policy is of 24hr)

Our late arrival grace period is strictly 5 minutes.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, please do NOT enter the class. This is for your safety, as missing part of the warm-up increases the risk of injury. Additionally, arriving late can disrupt the class and affect the experience for both instructors and other students.
If a waitlisted student is present and willing to join, your spot will be given to them.
Please note: If you are late, you will not be allowed to reschedule the class, and no credit or refund will be issued. We strongly recommend arriving at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class to ensure you are on time.

In case of a full class, Waitlist sign ups will open. You will be getting a notification up until 2 hours prior to start of class if you were moved from the waitlist to enrolled in class. However, if you cannot make it to class, please remove yourself from the waitlist AT LEAST 12 hours prior to make space for another student/member. If you are enrolled and cancel within the 12 hours period, you will be charged the class and it will count as a late cancellation/no show. Cancellation policy apply. Preference for any available spots will be given in order of where you are positioned on the Waitlist.

A member of Aerial Lab Studio is an individual with an ACTIVE membership/package (EXCL. Single Classes and/or First Visit deals). If a package Is expired the individual will fall under the Non-member category.

Note that in a semi private (2 people) and/or group private (3+ people) the cancellation policy of 12hr applies. If one of the students wishes to cancel within the 12hr period, the class credit will be charged. There is no re-schedule possibility and/or refund. The other students may still attend at their discretion to not loose the credit.

All Group Classes/Packages/Memberships/Open Training/Private Classes/Studio Rental purchases are non-refundable.
Once you make a purchase, please make sure you know its expiry date and to use all your credits prior expiring.

Our Group Classes and Open Trainings/Studio Rentals sign ups are permitted for adults only (18yrs old +).
For Kids and Teens we offer Private Classes. ALL PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN INVOLVED IN THEIR ENROLMENT IN CLASS/WITH THE STUDIO AND MUST COMPLETE OUR PARENTAL CONSENT FORM.

Open Trainings are for personal use (practice, rehearsals, personal videotaping, etc.), and are not for profit or instructional purposes. Please note, if guidelines are not adhered to we reserve the right to end your rental early without refund.
*Crash mat is mandatory on Open Trainings sessions.
To book please contact the studio directly - It is possible at any time provided there are no classes and/or studio rentals/events. An access code will be provided to you.
Facility Rentals MUST be booked at least 24hours in advance, provided availability. 24 Hour cancellation policy applies. Within 24hr cancellation NOTE your credits are non refundable.
NOTE - Please make sure you leave the studio as you found it. DO NOT leave any trash behind, and make sure the AC and lights are OFF.

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total event cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due at least 24 hours before the event.
Group Size
Please inform the studio of your group size at the time of booking. If the number of participants changes (affecting the rate), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot adjust rates for any changes in group size after this time.
Cancellations
5+ Days Before Event: Receive a 75% refund of the total event cost to your credit card or bank transfer, or reschedule with no extra charge.
Less than 5 Days Before Event: Receive a 50% refund of the total event cost, with no rescheduling option.
Less than 24 Hours Before Event: Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time are non-refundable.
Please note: We do not provide refunds/rescheduling for late arrivals or late cancellations.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your event may be canceled at the discretion of the instructor/studio. Any late arrival will result in a shortened event duration.
Payment
We can only process payment using one credit card, via our website (payment link) or bank transfer.

You agree that Aerial Lab Est. is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the Studio. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings.

CCTV is installed at the entrance of our studio and inside, to monitor building security and assist in crime prevention and detection.
We operate our CCTV in accordance with the guidance issued by the local data protection authority in each country. Aerial Lab collects this data as part of its role as a service provider to you, and to ensure the health and safety of our staff and visitors to our sites. We will not hold images for longer than necessary and will dispose of them securely.

By signing your initial "Membership" contract and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using the Aerial Lab studio facilities and equipment, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in the strenuous nature of the Aerial Lab Circus workout program. You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of intense physical exercise. You acknowledge that Aerial Lab Circus strongly recommends that you consult with your physician prior to commencing any class. You also acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. You further acknowledge that the specific risks vary from one activity to another, but range from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains; (2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions; and (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. At all times, you shall comply with all stated and customary terms, posted safety signs, rules, and verbal instructions given to you by instructors. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the Aerial Lab Circus classes and studio facilities, you hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the Aerial Lab Circus classes and studio facilities, (2) release, indemnify, and hold harmless Aerial Lab Circus, subsidiary affiliate entities and franchisees, and each of their respective members, employees and representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns and all others, from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Aerial Lab Circus classes or Aerial Lab Circus studio facilities, and (3) represent that you (a) have no medical or physical condition that would prevent you from properly using any of Aerial Lab Circus classes and studio facilities, (b) do not have a physical or mental condition that would put you in any physical or medical danger, and (c) have not been instructed by a physician to not participate in physical exercise. You acknowledge that if you have any chronic disabilities or conditions, you are at risk in participating in Aerial Lab Circus classes and use of studio facilities, and should not be participating in any classes.

If in any circumstance, by complain of an instructor or student/member, there is a case of misbehavior, disrespect, continuous disruptions of class or disobedience, the respective person will be notified, and Aerial Lab holds the right to cancel and forbid their membership and further classes or trainings in Aerial Lab.
