  • Hoop'Ography

Introducing our signature class, the pride of our program - Hoop'Ography!

This 1 hour and 30 minutes class combines floor work (dance), spins, and a full 3-minute choreography performed with the hoop to a specific song. Think of it as a choreographed dance, but with the hoop! In this class, you'll be challenged to work on your lines, fluidity, and expressiveness, as you find yourself within the music and routine. You'll also be encouraged to explore and connect deeper with yourself in the hoop.

Hoop'Ography is open to Level 2+ students who are fully comfortable with moderate to fast spins, able to invert in the air and pull up, and possess a certain degree of strength and flexibility. This class is designed to help you refine your skills and take your aerial hoop dancing to the next level.

Note: Knee pads are helpful in this class.

To all our Hoop Classes we recommend:

  • Wearing sports attire that cover the back of the knees and torso.

  • Bring your water bottle (we have water dispenser)

  • If you are in doubt of which level category to attend please attend a All Levels and/or Intro/Level 1 class and ask your coach to help you access which level will benefit you the most.
