The Retreat…
Our Retreats are built on the foundation of technique, creativity and choreography.
We love to encourage fellow aerialists to explore and develop their own movement, adding their personal touch and style to the routines. Having said that, expect a week of feelings to explore and connect music and movement In the air. You’ll get tools and tips for you to bring home and continue to develop your own style/artistry. You’ll be feeding your body, mind and soul, connecting with the Thai culture as well as like minded, inspiring fellow aerialists of the world!

Level and Pre Requesites
The Retreats are suitable for different levels, depending on the Retreat you wish to sign up - please refer to Retreat PDF for detailed info on the level/Pre Requisites.
Overall you must (however again depending on the Retreat):
Have minimal Aerial experience preferably with Retreat apparatus;
Minimal to moderate tolerance to spinning;
A somewhat level of Stamina;

Fee Includes
Private stay for 7 Days and 6 nights in Hotel.
Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner.
20hr + of Aerial Training/workshops.
24hr Private Transportation, Including to and from Chiang Mai on arrival/departure day.

The AL retreat was a magical aerial experience with the gorgeous backdrop of Chiang Rai’s mountains and lush nature. My time there was inspiring, energizing, and nourishing for both my body and my mind. Cristiana is already one of my favorite aerial coaches and her sessions at the retreat were a step above what I’m used to. The trainings were challenging enough to push me out of my comfort zone, but I came back with new skills and knowledge that I’m excited to incorporate into my aerial practice. The retreat space, the food, the hotel, and most importantly the team there were all incredible. Everything was so well organized. I cannot wait to return next year!
