  • Hammock All Levels

    This Class is Open to All Levels and abilities and no pre-experience is required. What to wear: We recommend wearing sports clothes that cover your torso and back of the knees.

    Aerial Hammock is aerial silks with a twist; meaning the aerial silks are strung from the ends of the fabric creating a hammock out of its center. When the silks are hung in this manner, a whole lot of new possibilities of moves is created. Learn how to create beautiful shapes in the hammock. This 1 hour long class consists of a 10 minute Warm Up followed by specific conditioning and strength exercises to help you with the tricks and transitions in the air, and the learning of sequences, wraps, tricks, ending with (when the time permits) a 3 min Freestyle and cool-down. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

  • Hammock Intro & Lvl1

    This Class is Open to Beginners and low Intermediate. No pre-requisites required. What to wear: We recommend wearing sports clothes that cover your torso and back of the knees.

    In this class you will learn different entries and exists on the hammock and the foundations and basics of this Aerial Art. You will also learn tricks and small transitions and sequences. This 1 hour long class consists of a 10 minute Warm Up followed by specific conditioning and strength exercises to help you with the tricks and transitions in the air, and the learning of sequences, wraps, tricks, ending with (when the time permits) a 3 min Freestyle and cool-down. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

  • Hammock Lvl2-4

    This Class is Open to Intermediate and Advanced - Previous Aerial Hammock experience required to take this class. Pre-requisites: Unassisted pull up straddle invert; pull-over mount to front balance; climb to hip lock; straddle and pike mount to sit. What to wear: We recommend wearing sports clothes that cover your torso and back of the knees.

    This class will build on fundamentals learned in L1. Dive deeper in to new skills and transitions, and learn drops. You will continue to develop your technique, strength and stamina while learning to create fluid movement in the air. This 1 hour long class consists of a 10 minute Warm Up followed by specific conditioning and strength exercises to help you with the tricks and transitions in the air, and the learning of sequences, wraps, tricks, ending with (when the time permits) a 3 min Freestyle and cool-down. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

To all our Hammock Classes we recommend:

  • Wearing sports attire that cover the back of the knees and torso.

  • Bring your water bottle (we have water dispenser)

  • If you are in doubt of which level category to attend please attend a All Levels and/or Intro/Level 1 class and ask your coach to help you access which level will benefit you the most.
