  • Aerial Loops

    Aerial straps or loops are an apparatus that artists hang from, wrapping the strap ends, mostly around hands and wrists and ankles while show-casing their strength, balance, and flexibility. Because of its wide loops it's possible to create beautiful shapes and transitions bringing the body inside the loop itself.

    In this class you can expect a special focus on conditioning - specific strength exercises to help you in this apparatus, building foundations and a deeper approach to technique. You can expect a demanding and challenging form of Aerial Art, yet fun, very empowering and elegant.

    All levels welcome.

  • Contemporary Dance

    Contemporary dance is a style of dance that blends techniques from different dance styles like, ballet, lyrical dance and more... In our contemporary dance class, you will have the opportunity to explore this exciting and versatile style.

    Our experienced instructor will guide you through technical exercises that focus on fundamentals of contemporary dance; including basic floor work, center work; and across the floor exercises. You will also have the opportunity to develop your coordination, balance and musicality through simple choreographies.

    This class is designed for individuals who are new to contemporary dance or who have little dance experience.

  • Handstands

    Hand balancing or Handstands is the art and practice of holding an inverted body shape using the hands and arms as the main support. In this class you will have the chance to build your foundations and work on technique to able to safely and effectively perform hand balancing elements. You will work on your strength, balance, performing specific drills and exercises to prepare your body for these skills.

    Open to ALL levels and abilities. No prerequisites required.

  • Strength & Conditioning

    Goals to perform a pull up and/or be able to do all those awesome movements in the air and make them look effortless?

    Yes! This class will help you with all the above and MUCH more! Aerial Conditioning is a strength and technique based class focused on exercises and drills to help your air performance. In this class you'll get stronger and more confident. You can expect a great full body workout.

    Bring your water bottle and a towel.
