Kids/Teens Classes

At Aerial Lab, our kids program runs in line with the UAE school terms. Sign-ups for each term close after Week 2, and a trial session is available prior to full term commitment, to ensure consistency and the best learning experience for all students.

Classes follow a set curriculum and structured syllabus, allowing for continuous development throughout the year, and culminate in an optional end-of-year showcase where students can celebrate their progress and perform.

  • 5-8 Years Class

    A playful introduction to the world of aerial arts! In this class, little flyers will explore hoop and hammock through games, creative movement, and foundational skills. Focused on building confidence, coordination, and strength in a fun and supportive environment.

    Apparatus: Hammock or Hoop

    Pre requisites: None - This Class is Open to All Levels and abilities and no pre-experience is required.

  • 9+ Years Class

    Designed for growing aerialists, this class dives deeper into technique and strength-building on hoop and silks. Students will learn transitions, tricks, and short sequences while developing flexibility, body awareness, and performance skills.

    Ages: 14yrs +
    Duration: 75min.

  • Mix ages Class (Weekend)

    A dynamic and inclusive class where students of different ages support and inspire one another! With a focus on both individual progression and teamwork, kids explore hoop and silks at their own pace while improving coordination, strength, and creativity.

  • Kids Acro & Flex

    Aerial Lab offers specialized classes for children focusing on acrobatics and flexibility.

    These classes are designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness in a supportive environment. Students will learn techniques to safely increase their range of motion, master skills like splits and backbends, and develop foundational acrobatic movements such as rolls and handstands. The curriculum emphasizes proper technique and gradual progression to ensure safety and effective learning.

    Classes are tailored to accommodate various skill levels, allowing each child to progress at their own pace while building confidence and physical capability.

    Ages: 5+
    Duration: 60min.

  • We recommend fitted sports clothes, comfortable, leggings - covering back of the knees - and t shirts that would cover the torso, armpits.

  • Bring a water bottle (we have water dispenser)
