Front Splits
This Class is open to All Levels - no prerequisites. In this class we will be working towards improving our Range of Motion, specifically focused on Front Splits.
You can expect stretches focused on your hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, adductors... This class is a great complement to your Aerial Arts Classes but not only, its a great complement for many other sports and activities and more importantly for your day to day life! Even if splits is not your ultimate goal you will still benefit out of this class as we work towards an overall mobile and flexible body. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

Middle Splits
This Class is open to All Levels - no prerequisites. In this class we will be working towards improving our Range of Motion, specifically focused on Middle Splits.
You can expect stretches focused on your adductors, hamstrings, and overall hip. mobility exercises... This class is a great complement to your Aerial Arts Classes but not only, its a great complement for many other sports and activities and more importantly for your day to day life! Even if splits is not your ultimate goal you will still benefit out of this class as we work towards an overall mobile and flexible body. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

Backbends
This Class is open to All Levels - no prerequisites. In this class we will be working towards improving our Range of Motion, specifically focused on Backbends.
You can expect stretches focused on your shoulders and back as well as mobility exercises. This class is a great complement to your Aerial Arts Classes but not only, its a great complement for many other sports and activities and more importantly for your day to day life! Even if a bridge for example is not your ultimate goal you will still benefit out of this class as we work towards an overall mobile and flexible body. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

This Class is open to All Levels - no prerequisites.
In this class we will be working towards improving our Range of Motion, specifically focused on Front Splits and Backbends. You can expect overall full body stretches and mobility exercises. This class is a great complement to your Aerial Arts Classes but not only, its a great complement for many other sports and activities and more importantly for your day to day life! Even if splits or deep backbends is not your ultimate goal you will still benefit out of this class as we work towards an overall mobile and flexible body. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

Wearing comfortable sports attire - Bring knee pads if available for more comfort.
